Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the platform and services offered by Notarix (notarix.vip), referred to as we, us, or our. 1. Scope of Services

a) Platform Development and Management Services: Custom design, implementation, hosting support and ongoing maintenance of notary service web platforms.

b) Digital Resources and Educational Materials: E-books, tutorials and online courses related to notarization procedures.

c) Physical Goods and Supplies: Printed legal forms, certificates and branded stationery delivered by mail.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are due upon booking or ordering. We accept major card transactions and bank transfers. No deferred payment options are available.

3. Reimbursement Policy

3.1 General Guidelines: We strive for client satisfaction. Eligible reimbursement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, funds will be reimbursed via the original payment channel within 14 days of approval.

3.2 Platform Development and Management Services

Clients may request a schedule adjustment up to 7 days before project commencement. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before work begins, a 50% reimbursement applies due to resource allocation. No reimbursement is provided once work is underway.

3.3 Digital Resources and Educational Materials

All digital materials are accessible immediately after purchase. Due to immediate access, these items are non-reimbursable to protect content integrity.

3.4 Physical Goods and Supplies

Goods may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs for sending back are borne by the client. Once received and inspected, a full reimbursement is processed within 10 days.

4. Service Transfer

Clients may transfer eligible service credits to another party by written request at least 3 days before the scheduled start date. Transfers are processed free of charge and subject to scheduling availability.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on our site. Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts in Dubai.
